Aharon Yeshaya Rosner, a brother of “Lev Tahor” cult leader Meir Rosner, has been formally indicted for assisting the radical cult in criminal activities, including kidnapping, holding hostages for ransom, and more.
Rosner was arrested on Saturday night for his role in the brutal kidnapping of two Jewish children, after their mother reportedly managed to escape from the abusive group, which has since been widely condemned by the Jewish community as an extreme radical sect unlike anything seen in recent history.
Rosner is charged with kidnapping and obstruction of justice following the disappearance of 14 year old Yenta Teller and her 12 year old brother Chaim during the past Chanukah.
The notorious cult leader Meir Rosner was arrested by Interpol in Mexico together with his associates.
The judge denied bail for Aharon Rosner pending trial.
